Processing Time:  Every order is started immediately after customer purchase, however, because all products are carefully made by hand, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for orders to be completed and sent out.

Shipping:  Please take care if you’re ordering from a very hot climate or during a warm, humid season as this can possibly affect the product during shipping transit.

Refunds & Exchanges:  Because Muschel's products are for personal care use, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations:  Cancellations are not accepted, since orders are started immediately after processing.
