The brushes and applicators included with typical store-bought makeup, though convenient, are problematic for a few reasons. Many brushes that have come with makeup products I've had in the past have been slightly cheap. And some of them, like sponges for my face powder, have gone unused completely as I've opted to use my own larger brush to apply the powder. Over and over again these extra applicators become unnecessary waste.
It's possible to see and use applicators differently. It's for this reason that all of Muschel’s products, from our Mineral Powder Foundation, Lash-Brow Tint Cream, etc., come without applicators. This lets a person use brushes they like and can reuse the same, quality brushes over and over again.
Another option with our makeup is to go brushless and apply products with your fingers. Most of the makeup is created as a light, creamy formulation which gives a natural, effertless look. This also means that the product can be applied with just your finger and a little bit of finesse.
